BELGIAN WITBIER:

A unique light wheat beer style with coriander and orange peel

6lbs Wheat/Light Dry Malt Extract (60/40)
8 oz Unmalted Wheat
8 oz Pilsner Malt
8 oz Flaked Wheat
4 oz Flaked Oats
1.5 oz Hallertaur or (2nd option) 2oz Saaz hops total:
1 oz @ 60 minutes
.5 oz @ 10 minutes

2 teaspoons coriander and 1 tablespoon bitter orange peel

Liquid yeast options:  1st choice Wyeast 3944 Wit or Dry yeast option: Safbrew T-58

3/4-cup dextrose for bottle priming on bottling day   

Starting Gravity:1.052-1.055    ABV: 5.1-5.4%    SRM: 6-7      IBU: 14-16
