6 lbs Pilsner Malt Extract
8 oz German Wheat Malt
8 oz Midnight Wheat Malt
6 oz Special B malt

1.5 oz Sterling Hops total:
1.5 oz @ 60 minutes
.5 oz @ 5 minutes

1st choice: Wyeast 3068 Wheat Yeast 2nd choice Wyeast 3056 Bavarian Wheat Yeast.  Dry option:  Danstar Munich

3/4  cup dextrose for bottle priming   

Starting Gravity:1.070-1.075    ABV: 7.8-8.2%    SRM: 30-34     IBU: 23-26
