Full-bodied and malty, this recipe came from owner/brewer Christian Krogstad

8 lbs Light Malt Extract
1 lb Crystal 40L Malt
12 oz Crystal 120L Malt
8 oz Wheat Malt
(Make sure your grain bag is big enough to handle 2.25 lbs of grain!)
2 oz Sterling hops total:
1.5 oz @ 60 mins
.5 oz @ 1 mins

1st choice: Wyeast 1028 London Ale Yeast; 2nd choice: Wyeast 1056 American Ale Yeast. Dry options US-05 or Nottingham ale yeast.

1 tsp Irish Moss

3/4 cup dextrose for bottle priming       

Starting Gravity:1.062-1.064    ABV: 5.6-6%    SRM: 16-19    IBU: 33-36
