5lbs Pilsner Light Malt Extract
1 lb honey or dextrose (added to boil)   
4 oz Dextrin malt
1 lb Flaked maize
8 oz 2 row malt
2 oz Cascade hops total:
1.5 oz @ 60 minutes
.5 oz @ 5 minutes

1 tsp Irish Moss, added at beginning of boil

1st choice Wyeast 1056 American Ale; 2nd choice Wyeast 1084.  Dry yeast Safale S-05 or DRY-97

3/4 cup dextrose for bottle priming

Starting Gravity:1.040-1.042    ABV: 4.2-4.4%    SRM: 4-7    IBU: 20-24
