DUNKLEWEIZEN:

A dark wheat beer with spicy flavors and German style hops:

6lbs Wheat Dry Malt Extract (60% wheat/40% barley)
8 oz German Wheat Malt
4 oz Dextrin Malt
4 oz Chocolate Malt
6 oz Special B malt
1.5 oz Tettnanger or Hallertauer Hops total:
1 oz @ 60 minutes
.5 oz @ 5 minutes

1st choice: Wyeast 3068 Wheat Yeast 2nd choice Wyeast 3056 Bavarian Wheat Yeast.  Dry option:  Danstar Munich

3/4  cup dextrose for bottle priming   

Starting Gravity:1.049-1.052    ABV: 4.9-5.2%    SRM: 15-18     IBU: 21-24
